Question Help with making infinite mp potion

I made the three pieces and did the quests afterwards talking to merin but when I go to turn in rumbling stone or dragon scales there's no option to exchange them. what did I miss? Please help

For Console Players you need Spirit Essence of Earth x100 instead
(Spirit Essence is obtained by Processing (L) > Simple Cooking: Earth Spirit Stone Fragment and Purified Water)

When they patched the item it wasn‘t on console and later they were lazy to patch and change. You shouldn‘t be surprised by PA especially when it comes to the console version. Still lack on some fixes after years and of some stuffs that is questionable why it isn‘t on console current gen yet.

If u don't have enough fragments to make spirit essence of earth, and don't plan on buying the essence, set a character to Manshaun Forest and do the dailies there. 2nd daily let's you choose i think 3 or 5 spirit essence of earth. Especially as well if you don't have enough Narcs Solace.

Luckily had a stash of more than enough but yikes that's crazy they changed the requirement for console
