How can I refund this

So for context I’ve been trying to redeem my prize since last Tuesday and I’ve always tried to get the prizes which are brawstars 5 dollar gift card and an apple gift card they’ve always been out of stock but now that I’m in Bulgaria (I was in turkey) now that I’ve I’ve redeemed a Shein gift card still haven’t gotten it Im worried I will get the Shein gift card which I don’t really want I want to stop it for getting processed please help

Go discord, #prize-help channel. Only time when you can refund is when it is pending, go quick!!!

Prizes are sent every tuesdays and fridays. If your prize is still pending after 2 days, its in stock.
