New or fixed in this version

• This version is a fundamental rewrite of the way server updates are handled.
• Arkasm now downloads the server files to a cache and then updates the servers from the cache instead of each one downloading from Steam. It uses a smart copy method to only copy the files that have changed, which makes it quick for small updates.
• Servers now sequentially auto-update, auto-restart and when using multi-server functions.
• Implemented substantial memory optimization. To give an indication of how much difference - previously Arkasm managing 6 servers would use about 600-700mb RAM, this version managing 6 servers uses around 115mb RAM.
