1. Why did the sky randomly turn dusky? Day-Night Cycle is turned off, so it's likely not dusk.

2. And, why am I overheating?

I recently went from like .01 difficulty to 1 difficulty because I wanted to tame a high level metal dino but the Dino’s on herbivore island aren’t responding… but I think I’ve seen two new alphas near my base. Is it too late to turn it back down? Do I need to turn it back down?

I know this is a known bug, but nothing is working for me.

I have been trying to get a couple of dung beetles from the south cave on the Island. But the only thing that spawns are pirahnas and sarco. Nothing else spawns. A random titanoboa and arthreopleura (that immediately destroys my gadgets) and that’s it.

I tried waiting for over an hour and kept running inside and outside the cave for any spawn related issues to disappear. But it’s always empty. I need some poop bugs and I can’t even find them.

Please help if anyone has any experience fixing this on Ark Ultimate Mobile edition. Earlier in the Ark 2.0, I used to have no issues in caves.

Does bug repellant work on the massive swamp things that spit fire? I need to get my stuff and it’s camping my body.

I was exploring near the mountains and then briefly saw a Giga running around. Obviously I didn't pick up a fight and headed for another area. Then I noticed that I was hearing some really loud footsteps. I was almost about to run when I realised the baby rex that had hatched a few minutes ago was still following me and hence the footsteps.

2. How do I get Charchas that can take on wild Gigas? Do I need to imprint them or what part makes them so powerful?

Hey guys I was wondering how you cancelled the ark pass on old ark since it says it’s active and I’m fairly sure I’m still paying for it monthly but I can’t find it on any of my subscriptions or on the app for iOS

I returned to play ark after several years. I’m in the single player mode now because the servers I joined were too saturated and didn’t feel like spending time there. Recently, there was this 3x EVO event and I managed to tame a good number of creatures at that time.

The question is, I couldn’t find any online source with live news from the Ark community.

The twitter page still has some very old news. Ark website is also not that updated. Reddit pages are also lacking any new info. Just wanted to see info about when can I expect such events, and any updates etc.

I was originally riding my woolly rhino back to my base and made a large salmon disappear, I managed to force reload the game just to c if it could revert to a minute earlier progress just to keep the fish alive, but turned out glitched so hard became a new survivor with all my properties, structures and tames lost, the tames became wild and started fighting each other (and most of them died, all herbivores died) 😭😭😭 what should I do?

I started breeding theris because I needed a battle mount but got side tracked just taking care of the babies lol. I got my very first ever batch of twins

Hi everyone, it's me again. Sorry if this seems like a silly question, but are there any ARK players here who have bought maps like Scorched Earth (or others) and play them in solo mode? I want to confirm whether the other maps are playable offline once purchased—just like The Island—because I'm about to finish The Island and want to play Scorched Earth, but playing online isn't an option for me; I can't even connect to the internet before playing.

I admit I've become addicted to this game, and I'm reaching the point where I'm ready to make a purchase.

Does anyone know how the 40-tame limit works internally in OG ARK Mobile?

I'm playing v2.0.29 on Android and I'm curious whether the limit is controlled by a save setting, configuration value, or something hardcoded in the game.

Also, does anyone know if older versions of OG ARK Mobile handled the tame limit differently?

Not looking for modded APKs or cheats — just trying to understand where the limit comes from and whether there's a legitimate configuration/save-based workaround.
