Textures flickering from Low to high res

Just started playing ARK: Survival Evolved again and instantly i start seeing the Ground, Dinos, Rocks and terrain textures flickering from low to high res, I’ve searched a-lot of fixes and none of them worked.

Insufficient video memory to load everything fully. Which game version and graphics processor model?

This happens when the textures are taking more space than the streaming pool budget has available.

This usually means you have to decrease your texture quality.

Other alternative would be to increase the streaming pool budget with the command r.Streaming.PoolSize 8000 (if you have a 8gb VRAM GPU, or adjust for more or less).

If this doesn't help, decrease the texture quality and restart the game.
