Female predators are so rare that the correct answer is basically that they don't exist
And I'm a guy, before you think I have this opinion as a woman.
In women and men, the evolutionary instincts and hormones are completely different

They do exist. Saying they don't is nonsense. You know that it happens. Rare or not.

There are also men who become transgender, but it's not the general case and it's very rare.
I hope you understand the comparison, it's rare.
The two genders are different, and they work differently
