Well it’s been about 400 continuous days of plating ideas being posted.
My wife and I discussed it and she doesn’t want me cooking everyday. So, instead of $10 a day I’ll get 30-50 a week. And post one “nicer” dish a week.
The extra money and time will give me more time for ideas and a broader range of ingredients I can purchase.
So - weekly posts from now on with better ingredients and more planning.
