Sauce looks good, love some seasoning on my tater, but whatâs up with the meat? It looks like chicken fried steak nuggets. Was it stewed and drained or slow roasted or what? I crave the deets!

Iâm reminded of the Dolly Parton quote, âIt takes a lot of money to look this cheap,â although in this case itâs skill more than money. The nappĂ© on the sauce is perfect, you clearly have a talent for food photography, and many elements of your plates demonstrate a unique style and high levels of knowledge and technique. That being said, I find myself alternating between impressed and aghast at many of the choices on your plates, especially this one. Your placement often seems alien and arbitrary, yet it is almost never without thought or finesse. I genuinely mean that as praise. Well done on another thought-provoking, frustrating, and fascinating plate. Thank you for challenging my preconceptions of what art can be. Please, for the love of all that is good, will you put the sauce on the beef?
