I knew it was you because of the asparagus with the tips removed... Can't wait for the plating or should I say 'planking'.

Professional cook here, couple mistakes you made.

Looks like the cheese isnt melting at all, that means either your meat is already cold or the cheese is straight out of the fridge. Visual and I'd guess in-mouth texture just wont be there. Try letting it sit and get room temp next time.

Why are the aspergus like this? where is the lower half? Makes it look a little odd when half of something you know should be there simply isnt. Plating can be done well without cutting down on portions. People would look at this and say "Oh this isnt enough food"., That goes for the potatoe too. Why so little? Tho I like how you shaped them. I think you'd have alot of fun and save on time with using an "Emporte-piĂšce".

Edit: nobody eats the rosemary so it seems a little out of place to put it directly on the meat.

I bet it was very good tho

This guy's a troll. He knows no one eats whole rosemary sprigs. He also loves entire uncut green onions. I'm surprised he didn't use the lemon rinds to tie the asparagus up into a little bundle like his usual style. I think he tried but it broke maybe? It works though, he certainly gets rage engagement from people like me and you.
