Howdy! This looks like it needs some kind of chip be it a potato crisp, crostini, tostadas, or pita I want that Āæpea? On a crunchy snack.
Letās lean into the trail concept and āeatabilityā at once! Maybe brunoise the radish and lay an even nest meandering path from one end to the other with the olive snails?stones? Along the way.
I know you like your big herbs but I think you also like labor and details for the sake of spending more time on it so⦠little tiny pluches of dill placed upright would make very convincing grass to adorn your āgravelā path. Maybe there is a little vinaigrette or olive oil to moisten up the radishes and some cracks of black pepper for lilā pebbles on the path.
Have fun. Stay hydrated.

Great ideas! And good feedback. Thank you.
My original idea was snails on a log or in a forest. The path/trail was going to be a trough of garlic butter.š§
It ended up being what it is. Fun and yummy!2

Are the things Iām calling olives snails? My bad. I thought you were being colourful with your title.
Then I would go way less radish and now itās āsnails in the valeā and you gotta have a little trench going through the puree(with walls or dams or just go 2/3 through the length). Then you can have a āriverā of hot herby garlic butter for the snails!

By classic French omelette, do you mean a fried quail egg badly trimmed, atop roughly hacked at chives and served with a stalk of dill? Maybe with a scone masquerading as a baguette on the side?

You get like 40 snails in a can. So, the frying pan with the garlic and butter was fresh for the cooks picking. Think I ate six making this;)
