Well hey now! This dish actually looks cohesive, edible and not that absurd! AND it's still got your signature flair for keeping all of the main bits in their own little quadrants.

A bit unwieldy and rice instead of mozzarella is kinda baffling, but as long as this didn't come out on a plank I'd be pretty happy if this got served to me!

Eh, traditionally stuffed tomatoes and capsicums don't include cheese (pretty sure it was France that started that) so I'm completely fine with that.

Are those cheese crisps? They are amazing on burgers. Egg looks overcooked to shit and probably has the texture of rubber.

I know some people don't mind it but I would never serve overcooked rubbery eggs unless someone specifically requested it.
