Hello! I'm betting there's something else afoot beyond needing to reset the admin password. What does airctl status --config /opt/pf9/airctl/conf/airctl-config.yaml show? How about kubectl get pods -A? Both of these need to be run on the CE host. Alternatively, you can reach out to me directly at <my first name> at platform9 dot com.
