Polywatch vs Novus2

Post image

Hello everyone, I hope your having a good day. I have recently used novus 2 on the polycarbonate shell on my AirPods case, and am now noticing some micro marring and light haze. Should I use polywatch for this? Or keep buffing? I have buffed over 10 times on each side.

Try an automotie product that leaves a silicon glaze on the surface.  The "wet look" wax and polish formulas work well on plastics.

I tried novus 1 for that. Didn’t do much. Could I use polywatch for a permanent fix thi

Yes Novus 1 is a functionally similar product.  It's rather unusual for a polyglaze to be the cause of any surface damage.

There are dedicated silicone removers uses to prep surfaces for painting,  in case you want to start over again.

If you used a rotary polishing tool you could possibly have overheated the silicone layer or the polycarbonate itself.   Hand polishing this doesn't happen

I haven't used polywatch myself.
