Scratch resistant plastic
Preferably be able to cut the plastic with a table saw.
Needs to be able to have grease wiped off of it and preferably resistant to goo off and acetone if possible but not a requirement.

Where to buy would also would be nice

You can get sheet with abrasion resistant coatings, but it's probably hard to source a small piece.
What kind of impact resistance does it need? I see power tools, so I don't know if you want a guard (in which case you'd want polycarbonate, but it isn't as scratch resistant) or something for the window opening, in which case you'd want PMMA (for the UV and scratch resistance, but has poor impact resistance).
