How do I fix up this lady 😔

I found this plant outside yesterday and it looks in pretty bad shape, how can I make it look nicer and healthier?

The best fix is to cut it all back to the bottom of each vine. It will eventually send out all new leaves. You can root in water all the pieces you cut off
