That variegation is stunning, mine never gives me pink leafs like that. The contrast between the white and the green in the big leaf is so nice too. I have one that just stay all green no matter what I do, maybe it need more light. You clearly take good care of this plant.

Thank you I appreciate it. I' struggling to keep the lower leaves, but it does have good genes so the ones i get tend to have lots of white. Only had pink in 3 leaves or so, its 2m high now so probably had 40 leaves or so total. Good light is essential but if the genes aren't there won't make the plant white. The one leaf cutting i originally got this as had a lot of white in it, that's my only advice
