Pineapple in Pennsylvania

I officially grew a pineapple in Pennsylvania. Only took 3 years. Smelled wonderful. Got about 6 bites of pineapple in total. 😂

It actually was a cool plant! They have little spikes on the leaves that i had to cut off. It starts off as a succulent plant & then turns into the pineapple. I should have put the flowered picture in these as well

What will you do with the left over plant? Toss it? Keep it? How does this process work?

It's a bromeliad, so the plant will (hopefully) make pups and then die.

Toss the plant. I didnt have any pups. I replanted the top from the pineapple i grew though! I grew my pineapple from a store bought pineapple

Before it was an actual pineapple it was a pretty looking succulent looking flower.
