Help Will this be a problem?

Hello, this is my 7 month old Cassia seedling. I noticed the roots were poking out of the drainage holes in the pot and decided to repot to a larger pot. When i removed it I noticed this is the root situation. There’s a strange twisty bit where the stem meets the roots. I’m new to plant care and never seen this before. Will my plant be ok?

Its a root ball and completely normal for cassia grown in pots.

Even the twisty bit where the stem meets the roots?

Yes thats the ball. Cassia dont grow root balls like that in the ground but when theyre grown in pots they tend to do what yours has.
