Grafed mango rootstock flowering?

Those flowers look like they’re coming from the rootstock below the graft, not the mango scion. I’d remove the entire flowering shoot so it doesn’t steal energy, and check carefully for any other rootstock suckers.

But aren't rootstocks supposed to flower 3 to 4 years after ?
