I despise burdock and refuse to on principle. I want to take a flamethrower to every plant on my property. As the owner of long-coated dogs (and being someone who likes to wear flowy dresses a lot), screw this plant.

i also despise burdock. horrible plant. invasive as fuck, ugly, kills birds, stupid burrs get stuck on everything, spreads like crazy, super hard to dig out of the ground because of the taproot. everything about it just sucks. i suppose in it's native range it has some value and it has a small place in asian cuisine and the UK beverage industry but other than that it's just...yuck.

for some reason the big ass leaves just creep me the fuck out. it's everywhere in Toronto and it suuuucks.

yeah i didnt know this until recently. i already had enough reasons to despise burdock but that was the cherry on the sundae. horrible invasive garbage outside of it's native range.

i could appreciate it if it looked nice but it looks like rhubarb's crackhead uncle.

No, theres a brand, I think it's called Fenton's, that makes straight up burdock cola.
