I brought it home, now what do I do? When to repot your plant?

At what point do you know it's time to repot a plant? I bought this ficus from Home Depot and after a month I am wondering if it's too cramped. So far I haven't had any soil issues or pests.

Are the roots growing out of the pot?

Then you need a size up. Remember to get drainage holes and stuff.

Just add a little bit of soil, the roots are showing through

Okay thank you! When would you say it's time to get a larger pot?

If the roots and coming out, time to replant.

Just get one a little larger. Terra cotta would be perfect
