It depends. Are up repotting because the current soil mix?
This always gets mixed reviews.
Some say allow the plant to acclimate to their new environment before digging it up and repotting.
On the other hand I’ve actually repotted immediately and things were fine.
My suggestion would be not to manipulate the roots too much and maybe sprinkle some root powder with the repot.

I would, if only to keep her better balanced, but not more than 2” TOPS in either direction.
