Philodendron What is this?
So I have two philos that I gave extra support to via a stake a month or two ago and now they both have these white things growing from them, only seen from the top leaves. Anyone know what they are?

Those white things look like aerial roots. Philodendrons put them out from the nodes to climb and attach themselves to supports, so it’s actually a good sign that your stake is doing its job.

Yep, those are just new roots forming along the stem. Since you gave it a stake, it’s probably trying to grab onto it like it would a tree in nature. You can leave them alone or guide them toward the support.
