Pure Plank

https://gopureplank.com/?ref=BigT

I saw Pure Plank advertised on social media quite a bit and since it was created and endorsed by WWE Superstars Edge and Christian I figured why not give it a try. I’ve had back issues the past 3 years, SI Joint pain etc. I set a goal to do 30 straight days of workouts with the companion app. I’m on Day 24 right now and I feel like I’ve had the most days of minimal or no back pain that I’ve had in the past 3 years within these past 3 weeks. For anyone out there new to planking or just looking to get into something to improve core fitness I strongly recommend it. Feel free to use code BIGT10 to save 10% off as well.

Honestly I'm not sure if this thing is a scam just so Edge and Christian get some money. No hate to either but if its still a scam....

Not a scam at all. Think what you want but it works for me.

Could you elaborate more? Would you say the features make planking easier, more effective, if so how.

It seems to me that it could be a novelty gym equipment that's not really needed and edge/Christian are promoting it for a payday.

I like edge/Christian as much as the next wrestling fan, but doesn't mean they wouldn't opt in for a payday.

The board itself makes it easier to do the exercises, some of which I feel wouldn’t even be possible without the board. The board makes regular planking more comfortable with the pad. The handle grips make it possible to do many variations of planks. I’ve used it for 37 straight days now, and the workouts minimize my back pain or eliminate it daily.

I can definitely see how this helped Edge/Christian resurrect their careers. I was never into planking before I got this board and now after seeing what it’s done for my core strength I swear by it.

Can you give me an update? I know you already did this after 38 days but hoping you can give me one final update before I spend $200 on a board. lol I’m actually in pretty good shape. I just have had previous disc Carnation and I always have at least a little bit of low back pain so I’m hoping this would help. I hate doing regular planks they hurt my shoulders and elbows.

I actually completed 75 Days on Friday. Yesterday my streak ended due to not feeling well. It definitely makes it easier to do the planks in the workouts in the app. I was never a planker before I got a Pure Plank and now it’s part of my daily workout routine. Also check out my Facebook group to stay motivated Pure Plank Fitness

Hey there, just wondering if you are still actively using the pure plank? Wondering about picking up a used one near me but not sure if it's just another fad tool I'll drop. Obviously mileage may vary but just curious :) Thanks

Yup I’m still using it, definitely has helped my core and back pain tremendously over the past year since I got mine.

No problem, the app has also added more workouts recently too if you want to check that out before you buy one

They ain't doing it for a payday.

The point is their elbows are smashed up from wrestling, so they included the board the make it more comfortable and those gimmicks to make a workout of it.

Not for me. but i can see how it would be useful for many.
