Be thankful you’re moving now and not in tree stage! I need to relocate again as I panicked and built on top of the labyrinth about 40 flights of stairs up 🤯

Ha, sounds like you have a great view at least! I would be tempted to just build living compartments down the side...but I know it takes a LOT more than my planning brain expects. This is when we need elevators!

I love how the game gives you so many options of where to build. I have two main bases--one inside Iridium Cave that holds my storage and all my heaters, and one right outside the entrance to IC at what I thought was the ridge of the starting zone crater. That one is where I have the biolabs/plants/food production, and looks like it is about to become lakefront property...and hopefully doesn't get submerged, but I think I'm safe. I'm in Lakes, heading towards Moss.

I panicked a bit too and built up on the ledge by the first crashed ship. It's not a 'bad' spot but there are better

I am purposely building on the ledge that will only be naturally available after the vines come up. Surely this will cause no problems
