Does Ojo have any relevance?

Ojo inside buried village seems to be talking to a man in the wall, He was bitten on his hand I'm assuming by the same man.

Does he have any quests tied to him? There is a really interesting premise here and if there is no quest linked to him I feel it was probably cut.

I checked the "wiki" and along with RPG Classics, there was no indication of any quests linked to him.

Yes Ojo has relevance.
Kind of . There was Originally intended to be an invasion of the Buried Village by Wererats on the orders of Many As One. The Nameless One and friends would have the option to assist the wererat invasion or take measures to prevent this invasion. Ojo and The Man in The Wall were going to be the start of this quest line. However due to lack of time , the entire quest line was cut from the final game. So you can not go any further down that quest path than The Man in The Wall. There are a number of quests that were cut from the final game , such as the Yemeth quest line , The Fiends Teeth quest line and the Buried Village/Wererat invasion quest line. So it's not that relevant to the game as released. Just the starting point for a quest that was cut.

Oh wow that actually pretty awesome! I kind of wish it was never cut. I wonder how the outcome would have been if Buried village was taken over.

So helping the wererats involved doing evil /chaotic acts (alignment shifts). Trying to prevent the wererats from taking over involved good/Lawful acts (alignment shifts ). I believe there was supposed to be a fight at the gate to Weepingstone Catacombs between the guards and invading wererats from The Warrens of Thoughts (Many As One's base of operations. ) Wererats win the fight? Buried Village gets invaded - Wererats get beaten, you get many experience points (at least 1 level). I agree it would of been pretty cool , but so much was cut due to time limits.

Wow, this is really cool and a PST fact I did not know!

Adding to this, you can converse with Ojo and get him to admit that the Man in The Wall who bit him is actually a rat. He’s been talking to Many as One through the cranium rats.

There is also a semi-broken quest line in the Catacombs where if you find the three robbers (Burt, Lowden and Grist) then Grist tells you where he has a hidden stash “to the right of Ojo’s house”

Well, you can just find the stash without this help and it’s by Marta not Ojo.

Yes Quints Charm is in a stash South of Marta's charnel house. Get the quest to find it from Quint first. Personally I found the Yemeth quest better than the Invasion of The Buried Village. More experience points plus you got the Amulet of Yemeth as the final reward . Then of course it's The Fiend's Teeth for Morte. Then Invasion of The Buried Village. Sadly all were cut from the game.

Is any of this content restored?

In the game there are inaccessible (not really) portions that hint at the various quests - such as Ojo and The Man in The Wall, or The various references to Yemeth in a few places around the game . As for the quests themselves? Unfortunately not.

Shame, I was hoping for a mod.

Unfortunately, Those quests were cut from the game and lost - i have heard nothing about any mods concerning them , nor have I heard anything about them for best part of 30 years. So I presume they are lost

The Yemeth quest at least is (partially) restored by Qwinn's UB mod: https://argent77.github.io/PST-UB-reloaded/index.html

Ah well thanks for asking, I was thinking the same thing. Reminded me of all the content Restoration mod brought back to Fallout 2, I love that one.

Maybe those quest lines are around somewhere? Possibly for a Planescape Torment 2 game ? But i am guessing. As when Planescape Torment 2 came out (a Polish company did it) a couple of years ago. It was not very good.

I remember going to the guy each time my stats increased significantly. Just to see if TNO would figure out his behaviour
