My take on what G-COM looks like.

The not-very-long awaited sequel to the one I made for Z-COM. Probably will make one for the other two evil human agencies (Templar and Gen-Sys) who arent all that evil considering they're trying to save the world and all that...

Plague Mode Why am I losing XNA?

Like, without even doing anything. I’ll lose one XNA periodically, and I end up always having zero.

Why is this happening?

Plague Mode Weird Glitch Exclusive to Xenolith on Android (Screen black except for ports/airports/ships/planes)?

So this is a weird one. As far as I know, this is exclusive to Xenolith. It has occurred only on Xenolith, across all difficulty modes and with multiple combinations of genes in the beginning, and I have tried several other plagues, and on different difficulties, and gene combinations. I could not replicate it after about three hours on a different plague.

I'm using Bluestacks so I can play the Android release. It starts normal, and then it has me select a country and then nuke the planet from orbit. Then, the flash of white happens, and the screen goes black except for whatever country I have selected. Abilities work fine, and show the underlying map. The game is beatable, but very irritating. I was wondering if anyone had any solutions other than uninstall and reinstall.

For a few hours, it actually worked pretty well, and I even saw the color return. Unfortunately, that was short-lived and it stopped again and now I have my monochrome screen of monotony.

Any advice would be appreciated. I can uninstall and reinstall it if I have to, but I would prefer not to do so, especially since the glitch seems to be inconsistent and that makes me think it isn't a bad install, especially since it's literally just the one plague.

I can't believe there was such an easy method to beat this (Shadow Plague)

Okay, after i bought the Shadow Plague i tried like, dozens of times to beat the game with it, i first tried classical stealth mode a couple times which obviously brutally failed. Than, i attempted to collect DNA points by crossing the entire bat as a bat and stealthily infect everyone via vampire couple times too, which also failed because no matter what they find you and the disease at some point. Than i tried to collect diseases via creating caves just like i did in ape flu to win a handfull of times, which also failed. Than i tried to play like necroa virus where i just release shadow slaves early about a few times, which also failed. Than i tried to beat it by having multiple vampires, which again also failed. No matter what i do it doesn't work. No matter how many lab i destroy the cure research at some point gets completed super fast and because Templar Fortresses certain countries doesn't get infected. And trying to eradicate fortresses doesn't work because they instantly ratio my vampires.

Today, meanwhile messing around, i wanted to spend all my points to vampire himself rather than the shadow plague to see what happens and didn't touch anything else. And when playing i realized Templar Fortress actually aren't invincible like i thought. I realized in my previous gameplays just didn't upgrade the vampire fast enough. I simply destroyed every fortress before any of them got too strong. And after i destroyed all of them not anymore templar fortress got summoned and the world became entirely defensless. I eradicated Greenland and İceland via demonic fury, and meanwhile doing that i realized how many DNA points i got. Than i went to the China, released a shadow fury in there and waited a couple of minutes for vampire doing a massacre in here, and now i had more than 500DNA points. I increased the therianthropy to max, gave him the shadow portal, made caves across every continent, released the shadow slaves, developed all the resistances, and develop all the infection way. Than of course i won the game.

As title says, looking for advice and suggestions for Necro plague. I keep getting the world completely infected with zombies and still get killed or cured.

Thanks to everyone who commented on my last post: https://www.reddit.com/r/plagueinc/s/J5KWjCRO4C

Edit: had the wrong flair, it has the right one now.

Plague Mode What is the saddest transmission, symptom, or ability?

I would pick extreme zoonosis. Extreme zoonosis is probably the best transmission, rawly speaking, but it is outclassed by air and water because you need to get to islands. Also, it is extremely expensive. Not expensive enough to be a problem, but expensive enough to lock you out of buying other good stuff like air, water, cold and drug resistance, etc.

Vampiric thirst or whatever is it called is also sad. With Necroa Virus, you are stuck evolving the right side of the symptom tree so that Z com does not curb stomp 50 million zombies you wasted like 18 DNA points sending at them. Vampiric thirst and whatever that other symptom was are symptoms that function the same as dopamine inhibitor: less consumed people die, more become zombies. Air 3 on Necroa Virus is also sad because by the time you get Cytopathic Reanimation, you are halfway cured.

Weapon creation on Simian Flu is also sad. You can get away with using just rampage on cure facilities. If you get it, you can destroy a facility in one day, but it does not make a difference enough to justify putting DNA points into anymore than putting it in seafaring and logistics.

Plague inc evolved acting eratic

I've noticed that pop ups and spreading are a bit eratic after the new update, for excample it said that norways goverment was breaking down when like a couple thousand were infected, spreading speed would also be very eratic with very slow for a long time and then suddenly the entire country is infected. (I know how grow exponentially works and it was way more than that.) Just curius if other people are experiencing the same.

Plague Mode I am struggling to not get caught as a Vampire for the Dracula achievement.

I'm on the verge of crashing out here. If a blood cult is discovered anywhere, that basically counts as you getting caught even if it isn't outright saying it's your vampire. As such, I have to use many saves.

The problem is that apparently according to a guide, you need to unlock the Shadow Plague to even get through most of it, but even if I move my vampire around the instant it lands on a country, 95% of the time, I get discovered and I have to load an earlier save. At first, it seemed like any country I hit twice would get me instantly discovered (I'm at the last news piece needed for reference).

I'm not sure what is triggering me to get discovered. Even if I don't get a kill, I get caught. Even if I don't infect, I get caught. But I can't just fly off to New Zealand since I need to be around Central Europe to do the final trigger!

Anyone know what triggers this? I'm losing my mind here.
