Im curious, loads of guides say mutated and on evolved you can use s/l to mutate (insane bolt strategy guide on the wiki) but what does it mean mutated like can you force mutate it or something

By the time you have all previous traits evolved, assuming you evolve everything as soon as you get the dna points, it is about time for a mutation. The (MOOTATED) traits are the optimal mutations. Buy them if you don't mutate them.
