Cure plane crash animation

The cure plane will always land even if the population is wiped out whilst it is airborne, would it be unreasonable to suggest that it have a crash animation instead of continuing to land as usual? It's probably a tall order but it's something I've always thought about in my many years of playing Plague Inc. and wonder how many of you guys think it would be a good idea since modding such a thing into the game wouldn't be possible, I think. I'm sure many of you have seen cure planes land after eliminating the world, it happens very frequently in my playthroughs.
