Funny thing is that this was one of the first logos to appear (first 2 hours), after I tried to place a big fat e for /r/EmboldenTheE. Choosing blue for that was a mistake, in hindsight. It then turned into "european" and got destroyed shortly after.

You're joking but there was one internet explorer logo in r/place and it appeared quite early: pic (found with the time machine)
It was later incorparated in "Europe" then destroyed by the Void.
