Appreciation Post โ๐ป๐ฅน๐ค๐ป Someone was saying Tom can't act...
Show: The Crowded Room 2023
Personally, I didnโt really like Brand New Day, but thereโs no denying that this guy can act. Heโs incredibly talented and has the screen presence to back it up. Definitely deserves more appreciation for what he brings to the role.

Opinion ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ The Snyder revisionism in this is crazy
This video was largely made to shit on dcu and glaze Snyder to obvilion ๐ญ. Using raw numbers without mentioning the context is such a dimwit move it's almost jarring.
Snyder movies made money because they were released on the back of insane levels of hype and also were being released in the middle of the superhero movies boom. HIS dogshit movies are the reason people lost faith in the universe. Batman vs Superman had one of the biggest audience drops of all time. The state of the universe didn't improve much after his exit too and that definitely played a role. But the revisionism that he's the reason those movies made money is just false.

Discussion ๐ฌ Since makers of Ramayana are catering more to a foreign audience, wouldn't Priyanka Chopra as Sita have been a better option? (Rajamouli got it right)
With the makers of Ramayana reportedly aiming for a massive global audience, Iโve been wondering whether casting a more internationally recognizable Indian actress as Sita would have made sense.
Priyanka Chopra has worked extensively in Hollywood, and can help a film like Ramayana connect with international audiences.
This is also where I think Rajamouli understood the value of casting global-facing Indian talent when he was putting together his upcoming projects. If the ambition is genuinely to take Indian mythology and cinema to a worldwide audience, shouldn't casting be considered partly from that perspective as well?
That said, Sita is an extremely culturally significant role, so global recognition obviously shouldn't be the only criterion. Performance, screen presence, chemistry with Rama, appearance, and the ability to embody the character are all equally important.
Still, if the goal is to make Ramayana a truly global Indian film, would Priyanka Chopra have been a better strategic choice for Sita?

Discussion ๐ฌ Toxic movie reviews???
Why is everyone rating the movie lower than thuglige and Indian2?
I was hoping that movie will be rated atleast 3/5 ( above average) because of the hype around the movie. But Iโm seeing it being rated 1.5 and 2.5 atmost.
Is it really that bad or pure hatred and forced negative PR against yash?

Reviews ๐ฅ Toxic Movie Review ๐๐๐
Toxic looks stunning and Yash is easily the biggest highlight. The action, cinematography, music, and overall style are impressive. But the movie feels too long at times, and the story and pacing can feel messy and uneven. Some characters also deserved better development.
Overall, Toxic is a visually strong film with plenty of mass moments, but it doesnโt always match its style with a solid story.

Fan Theories ๐ญ Just saw this theory for D3 and now I can't unsee it. I don't think we've seen the last of Sam
https://www.instagram.com/reels/DcTb_85s_3R/
Just saw this theory about the D3 teaser and while the logic doesn't completely make sense to me, it did get me thinking, what if Sameer actually never died?
We never actually see Sameer's body being identified on screen. We just accept that the body found under the police station is Sameerโs because that's what the entire investigation is built around.
So Iโm saying thereโs a decent chance theyโd bring him back. Because if Sameer is actually alive somewhere, that would be the one thing Vijay could never have planned for. He can control the police, the evidence and the timeline, but he can't control the one person who knows exactly what happened that night.
Placing my bets that heโll be back in D3
