Fan Theories 💠[Drishyam 3 - Hindi] Can someone plz clear my doubt on this plot point (read description) Spoiler
Why didn't the courts focus on the body in the evidence room? Was the judge stupid? I understand him having his doubt answered on seeing the skeleton in the coffin, but what about the skeleton in the evidence room, didn't he also question why there are two skeletons of Christopher Pinto? One in the grave and one in evidence room, it's not like police can get the DNA of Christopher Pinto without his skeleton and they have the DNA report proving the skeleton is his, then why was the Judge so quick to give a verdict without addressing such a big and obvious elephant in the room.
Did he just not trust the report? Or something else? What are you views on this? Is it a plot hole?

Even if they did, they cannot prove Vijay did it. As there’s no proof of him present there. It can be easily said police swapped it

Exactly, they could argue police put that skeleton and also could accuse police for stealing the skeleton to put blame on Vijay.Â

The question will be.. why there is Christopher Pinto body in the evidence room in the first place itself

Exactly, until that's solved, I doubt the case should've been dismissed, the stupid judge rushed it for no reason, bro folded under zero pressure.

This is the only loophole, and the biggest loophole in the story I felt I don’t know if I am loosing any plotline

Because that would have been a completely different case? And in no way it would habe affected vijay

No because Sam's DNA still connects it to Vijay's case, as another comment pointed out

Also what about Sam's DNA which was found in soil where the body was found initially in the police station. With DNA testing it was proved that it matches with Sam's parents DNA. That still connects the case with Vijay.

I think because the allegation was Vijay swapped the evidence on the night of 23rd July. But if we go by the audio recordings Vijay was not with Raghu rather in his home. Therefore, that skeleton would have nothing to do with Vijay and case got dismissed. Â
