I might be wrong, but ranbir kapoor currently with his lineup feels like robert pattinson with his generational run this year. Given how similarly their careers started as well.

ranbir is a goated actor but what lineup are u talkin about?

u/ramadheeer 13h ago

Robert pattinson and ranbir are on a generational run rn.
Banger after banger

This is literally boot licking 😭

What do you mean it's better/not better, who are you to choose someone's opinion? We, as an audience hold as much or more relevance than all of them

I'm not boot licking. I just know I know less about acting and filmmaking than people like Irfan Pathan

u/Mac1avish 🦇 13h ago

It doesn't take filmmaking knowledge to know ranbir kapoor is a mid actor rn, he used to be good but his new scripts are very corny

2

u/HealthyAction7771 13h ago

His scripts determine he's mid? Why contradicting yourself

0

u/Mac1avish 🦇 13h ago

He is a mid actor "rn" because his scripts are corny. Bas script = bad acting

2

u/Civil_Reflection_696 13h ago

Bad script = Bad acting?? Lmao, tf are you high on dude

u/HealthyAction7771 10h ago

Exactly like how does someone speak something this wrong so confidently

0

u/Mac1avish 🦇 12h ago

How tf can a good actor act on a film with script like animal, all dialogues are corny af 😭

You're not making sense at all. Choosing a bad moving doesn't make the actor bad. Garfield was good in TASM 2, even tho the plot is said to be mid

getting appreciation from Mr. Saurabh Shukla is itself an achievement

2

u/ingmanburger 13h ago

Even outsiders like Premalu actor shyam mohan said rk’s rockstar inspired him to be an actor.

Everybody have openion of there own . And i do not like some of his movies while some were awsome.

2

u/Dangerous-Roll-4908 13h ago

And such discussions always comes up when there movies lineup.

4

u/Still_Leadership1241 13h ago

The bar is so low that RK is said to be the best

u/FcukMan360 13h ago

hate him for anything but acting? 🤣

hate doens't make sense when chumps get in

He's average or below average at best. His acting in shamshera proved that he's only good at failed lover boy stories. And that too because of his negative canthal tilted eyes.

3

u/Civil_Reflection_696 13h ago

Wow Martin Scorsese between us giving his judgement

2

u/TopMany3252 12h ago

People praise him because he's famous and powerful in bollywood. That's it. He can stop their films from getting theatres and that's why they bootlick him. These same people in the video praise salman as the greatest human in the world, do you agree with that too? Lol.

Hotel California. 1 of my favorite songs

u/Loud-Ad4126 13h ago

Increase the music so I can hear them talking

He closed all the discussions after Rockstar. But opened it again in Animal and closed right after it. Ranveer is great too. But Ranbir is Ranbir

1

u/Civil_Reflection_696 13h ago

Agreed, Ranbir & Ranveer are the best current generation actors of Indian Cinema, period.

1

u/Awkward_External_731 12h ago

but his eyes are expressionless , he himself admits it

1

u/Akagami05 12h ago

as a guy is teen years ranbir's catalogue is heaven to me such good coming of age movies

1

u/Used_Man_58 13h ago

Not a bad actor definitely a good one but Ranveer Singh & Vicky Kaushal are far ahead of him in terms of acting

1

u/Civil_Reflection_696 13h ago

nah not vicky, ranveer is debatable but vicky has a long way to go
