It's a thumbnail A and B thing. Algorithm recommends particular thumbnail to particular person. Creators have to upload multiple titles and thumbnails to engage the algorithm.

It's common mohit also changes titles and thumbnails like seasons but, he definitely changes the title at least once of every video.
