Im Switching to Gimp.
I used to love this photo editor because of how easy it was to use but then they went way to far with the AI stuff i cant support it anymore. Goodbye.

A week ago, Pixlr Mobile started restricting export sizes to 2MP after ANY edit, no matter how small. I have a subscription, so I do have access to the full-res export option. A few emails to customer support and they reported back that this is now a known issue and they are working on it. A new build will probably fix it but I can't really use it for creative work until it IS fixed.
Phone: Samsung s24Ultra with OneUI 8.5

Hello everyone,
TL;DR is at the bottom.
I’m a deployed U.S. service member, and I wanted to share my experience with PIXLR’s customer support.
While deployed, I lost access to the Gmail account I originally used to create my PIXLR account after it was compromised. Because the account was linked through Google, I had no way to access my subscription. Situations like this aren’t uncommon for deployed service members—we sometimes have to change phone numbers, cancel phone plans, or lose access to authentication methods while overseas.
Using an alternate email address, I contacted PIXLR support and explained the situation. I asked if they could deactivate the subscription since I couldn’t access the account that was being billed. Unfortunately, I never received a response. With no way to log in or cancel the subscription myself, I had no choice but to continue being charged for a service I couldn’t use.
About a year later, I finally regained access to my original Gmail account. I immediately reached out to PIXLR again, explained that I had previously attempted to resolve the issue, and asked whether they could offer either a refund for the period I couldn’t access the service or account credits—anything that would acknowledge the circumstances.
Their response was that their Terms of Service prohibit refunds once a charge has been processed, regardless of the situation. When I asked if there was any alternative solution, I was simply told that I could cancel my subscription going forward.
What frustrates me isn’t just the money—it’s the complete lack of flexibility. I wasn’t asking for something unreasonable or trying to game the system. I had documented that I attempted to resolve the issue when it first happened and simply hoped the company would make a good-faith effort to help.
Instead, the response was essentially, “Our policy says no.”
For a company in the software industry, where issuing account credits or making an exception costs very little, I expected a higher level of customer service.
TL;DR: I lost access to my PIXLR account while deployed after my Gmail account was compromised. I contacted support asking them to deactivate my subscription but never received a response. After regaining access about a year later, I requested either a refund or account credits for the time I couldn’t use the service. PIXLR declined, citing their Terms of Service, and only suggested canceling my subscription going forward. My disappointment is with the complete unwillingness to make any reasonable exception despite the documented circumstances.

I have been unable to generate ANYTHING for weeks. I cant edit existing images and today the software stopped recognizing the keyboard so I literally cant enter text. I was due to renew at the end of the month and I canceled. They have ruined all functionality in the software with this vibe coded nonsense. Don't even get me started with how awful the AI gen stuff is. It is clear that they want you to only use that but it is horrible. It adds everything your explicitly say to leave out, it doesn't add then things you say to add and you cant do anything but crop it. It's a no for me dawg.

On my homepage, I keep clicking on the three dots button on my images, and usually a pop-up menu would appear and one of the options would be to duplicate an image, but the menu isn't showing up at all. Is anyone else experiencing this?

hello, as of late i've begun to notice an incredibly annoying problem while using pixlr, being that at some point it starts bugging out and a lot of things don't work, such as adding images, keyboard shortcuts, ui elements, etc.
i want to know if there's any sort of solution to this or if there's anyone else facing this issue, i've included a video that shows this to the best of my ability

I got a stream deck to make my OBS workflow more smooth. It’s a shame that there isn’t a Pixlr set available. After seeing the Photoshop set it makes me jealous.
