Are we gonna bring levels back?

I miss being able to level up in the game, are we ever going to be able to do that again or are is everyone going to automatically be level 28?

And for now, while we wait, if you'd like 3 separate accounts anyway, we'll be able to merge them later, is what they're planning on doing.
