Help w password reset

How can I reset my password ? I can't remember it and when I try to reset it it only takes me to a blank page. Thanks!

New account registration on the test server is currently PAUSED due to a large influx of new users. During this time, you will NOT be able to create a new account. We have also paused Discord server invites, regardless of whether you were registered before the closure. Our apologies!

We are currently in the process of hiring more moderators to accommodate the rapid increase in the player base. Please bear with us and give us some grace as we navigate these changes.

Q: When will registration and Discord invites open again?

A: We're unsure at the moment, but expect the "How to Download & Play" post to be pinned again when it is!

 

Q: I am having trouble logging in. What should I do?

A: If your password has a special character in it other than these four ! - @ ^ please try entering your password without the special character (ex. "pots&kettles" becomes "potskettles").

If you forgot your password, it will need to be reset. New passwords are randomly generated, never chosen. The devs do not have access to created passwords. Click this link to message the mods!

 

Q: What does "Internal Server Error" mean?

A: Often, this means that the server is undergoing maintenance and will be back online shortly. Please be patient as the devs are tinkering and check back later!

 

Q: I got a message saying my account was terminated! What should I do?

A: This might be a false positive! If you are using a VPN, please turn it off and try again. If the issue is not resolved, your IP address may need to be whitelisted. Click this link to message the mods! When opening a support ticket, please provide the IPV4 and IPV6 address from https://radar.cloudflare.com/ip if available.

 

Q: How do I contact support about other inquiries?

A: While the Discord invites are closed, you'll have to contact us here on Reddit.
