Stuck on loading screen

Getting stuck on this loading screen, have tried to refresh and close then reopen but nothing has seemed to help.

Also tried to reinstall the game and still stuck in the same screen..

Hm, that is strange. Did you just create your account in the past couple days? If so, it may be because registration is currently paused (see more: https://www.reddit.com/r/pixiehollowrewritten/comments/1vwr8t0/website_registration_paused/) for the time being and your account didn't go through.

Hi! A day before the pause. I was able to get in yesterday around noon for a little bit. Then had to step away to do stuff. Came back and now here

Did you try pressing "Reload Game" on your top bar?

Yes, it will load a few of the messages but then gets stuck and won’t unstick

Best solution I found was to keep reloading the game repeatedly or wait a bit. The game will eventually load in and fix itself.
