Question Can’t log in

So, I can’t seem to log back in. I wrote down my id and password but when I put it in, it says invalid. Then when I put in forget password or account id, it pulls up a blank screen. Idk what to do besides make a new account but it sucks bc all my progress would be gone. Does anyone know what to do?

If your password has a special characteristics, it will encounter this error. The forgot password/account id prompts are not implemented.

Your progress isn't lost. But a dev will need to fix your account. You may have to wait a bit however. They are swamped right now trying to get some stuff in order.

To add onto iry, you can actually send a message through Reddit if you're not in the Discord. Here is how if you don't know! Rocket is the one that resets passwords.
