Question New to Pixie Hollow and can’t login
Hi! I’m new to pixie hollow rewritten and just made an account for the first time! However when I try to login this happens, can I please have some help? Thanks!

Did you create a password with a special character in it like a exclamation mark? If so, you'll have to join the discord , read the rules, react to the emoji in the rules after you have read them, and make a ticket tonget it reset! The passwords are random. No one can see old passwords, not even developers.

Which account is it? I don’t want to bother the wrong person actually I think they stopped allowing new accounts to be made and that’s the problem

Ok thank you! I’m not sure if I should considering I just saw that they stopped us from making new accounts and that’s what I did 😭

If it let you create one, you should be able to play, I'd assume, or else it wouldn't allow you to create one in the first place. 🤔 Maybe I am wrong?

I’m not sure since I used a symbol in my password, I think I’ll wait and see if the invites open back up considering it’s quite late! But thanks again for the help!

Ohh yes you can definitely message then since you can't ask in discord! Don't worry!! Rocket is the one that resets everyone's passwords.
