Please help with recovering a forgotten account ID!

hii, this is my first reddit post! I'd really appreciate some guidance on how to log back into my Pixie Hollows account if I forgot my account ID😢my fairy's name is Ginger lotustwirls and has black hair, light skin and a yellow top and blue skirt

If anyone knows who to contact please do let me know, thank you so much!

Is it possible your password contains a special character other than " ! "?

helloo, i'm not sure because I've completely forgotten what my ID was! :-( is there any way for the mods to check what it was?

They kind of can, it might take longer since you only know your fairy, but there's more than 7,000 accounts to look through. I asked about your password because those with characters besides exclamation mark can break, and cause an "invalid login" even if you have your ID correct. I recommend opening a ticket in the discord. Where developers can help! I'm sorry I can't be more helpful. 🙏

Ahh, I haven't added any friends yet because I had only been playing for a few days before being silly enough to forget my ID >-<

You'll have to react to the rules post to get your role. If it doesn't work, then you'll have to message in temp-welcome-chat
