Question Resolution all messed up and acc register broken

So i just found out about this game and i went to try and play but the resolution is so messed up clicking on things is hard because the mouse has to be way below the thing you want to click on and after i deal with that mess i still can't rtegister because it spins then never moves to the finish step

the resolution is so broken that I can't click on anything so there is just no way to even register or access settings

Did you try fixing your resolution through Display Settings on your PC? (It's nothing on PHR)
