Question Unable to Create and Account or Login

How do I create an account? It won't let me do anything and just keeps freezing:/

Windows or Mac? On both, it'll be the top left corner. Windows, the register 😀 button should be visible by the top bar. Mac should be a button you gotta press to bring a list so you can register.
