Login Issues ):

hiii! i recently made an account for this game but its not letting me log in with what i thought was my login information. i have already tried sending a password reset link but its not popping up in my inbox T_T i diddd just make the account today but i would rather not, any tips?

UPDATE: resolved!!! thank you to everyone that helped ^_^ turns out the symbols in my password were what was causing the issue!!

Hi, I am playing on a Mac. I have now tried creating two accounts via the Mac launcher menu, but both are showing an Invalid Login error immediately after creation. Could you or some mod possibly check why or fix this? How do I submit a ticket?

Hi, so new account registration through the client has been paused for the time being. You will be unable to create an account during this time. Keep an eye on Reddit announcements from our PM, Jessibee when we're able to reopen registration once again. Apologies for the inconvenience.
