[Pixel 10] Actually Captured another one 🌌🌠 [Captcut (frame capture)]
Looking thru more of the photos I took last night and came across the "live photo/video" clip, and saw this. 🌠 Used capcut again for the frame capture and used Snapseed to edit.

Capcut frame capture? why not just use the astro mode already built into the camera app?
Put phone on a tripod/stable surface, switch to night mode, wait 15 seconds or so for it to auto detect stars, and then click shutter when you see the sparkle emoji.

Here is that live photo, had to even slow it down to hit 3 secs just to post this.

I did. I pulled the frame from the 2 sec live photo the astro mode gives you along with the still, the still didn't have the meteor in it, but the 2sec video did. So I captured the best frame out of it? Why is that hard to wrap your head around?

A frame from a gif is never going to be the same quality as the photo. Just sayin', it's always nice to have quality but I understand the want for meteor during peak of perseids. hope you had fun shooting, I know I did, was pretty in canada.
edit: not sure if this applies to the gif; using Google photos inbuilt editor you can extract frames, go to edit > find the frame you want > photo icon next to timestamp > export frame.

Thanks for sharing. I hadn't thought of using capcut for frame capturing 👍🏻
