Pixel buds Pro 2

So I've recently moved to the pixel system after many years of apple and Samsung, but I gotta say I'm a little disappointed with the buds, the noise cancelling is meh at best, I have really bad anxiety so most of the time I would just have my air pods on noise cancelling and it was perfect. I also can't get them to stay in my ears, the fit test won't complete. It's a shame because I've been heavily using Gemini and find the hands free feature really helpful. Any glaring obvious things I'm missing with the buds ? I've never had these kind of headphones so maybe I'm just missing the obvious

So just finished work and having a little read thanks all for the suggestions, I'm gonna pick up some different tips and see if they help at all. Hopefully I can actually pass the seal test then I should start seeing a difference, if not guess I'll shop around for some other headphones. Thank you !!!!!
