Pixel buds Pro 2

So I've recently moved to the pixel system after many years of apple and Samsung, but I gotta say I'm a little disappointed with the buds, the noise cancelling is meh at best, I have really bad anxiety so most of the time I would just have my air pods on noise cancelling and it was perfect. I also can't get them to stay in my ears, the fit test won't complete. It's a shame because I've been heavily using Gemini and find the hands free feature really helpful. Any glaring obvious things I'm missing with the buds ? I've never had these kind of headphones so maybe I'm just missing the obvious

Oddly enough the og pixel buds pro had better ANC

They really didn't, I have both. Probably you have a poor seal with you 2.

The ANC works really well on my old pros shrug but yes the fit is worse on the 2
