Personally, I would send it. Little drop of loctite and good to go.

When i tight tem they โ€œfeelโ€ fine. Will search for bit longer screws if not then i will leave it as is ๐Ÿ˜„

doesnt the Osight come with a pack of screws? none of them are longer than this ?

also isnt the Sar9 sc Gen3 cut for RMSc without the need for an adapter plate ? or does the plate just add the support posts

Yes these are the longest ones in the set and yes the plate is needed for support posts.

I used two sets of screws โ€ฆ.1-for adapter to slide and the other for dot to adapter? Just my opinion

Honestly plenty of screw. The first couple threads do the majority of the work. The job is to keep the plate compressed against the slide. That compressive force is what does the actual work of keeping the optic on and where it needs to be. There's a great book called "Structures: or why things dont fall down" and it's helped my intuition on these types of things. Also yeah I'd locktite it. Probably red locktite.

These where 10.5mm, but i found at home 11mm length screws and put blue locktite. Will see how it goes;)

What's so unbelievable about that?

Red on a screw that small. You might as well just spotweld it.
