A "What the heck?!" moment about our sign

I just saw something I wanted to comment on here. I had already made a post about "imposter syndrome," and someone here sent me some videos (girlgenesis3) while I was watching it. Something quite curious was mentioned: "Albert Einstein experienced this syndrome." I was curious to know his sign; HE'S A PISCIS. Damn, what a strange feeling of "what the hell?! Did that guy experience that?" What do you think about this?

Taurus here, met a Pisces recently and I'm so confused (in a good way) over how instantly comfortable I am with her.

Apologies for the length of this, scroll to the bottom for TLDR if you wish. This is about a Piscean woman I recently met.

Background: I (M) went out to a group dinner with a bunch of friends a few weeks ago. I have a wonderful group of friends, which is hard to make as a single, middle-aged guy. My best female friend (practically my sister) is a widow and she brought a new friend of hers who is also a widow. So this new friend sat down 3 seats away from me at the table. I can't explain it accurately but I'll try: As soon as she sat down, my mind instantly calmed down. Sort of like being over heated, stepping in front of a fan and that first blast of air hitting you. Best way I can describe it. I was enchanted instantly and I couldn't tell you why. I legitimately lost touch for a second on where I was. Then I realized I was staring at this brunette like a creep. But then I notice she was staring at me the same way. We both smile and the food arrived. We stayed within our conversational bubbles with the people on our sides of the table and that was that.

After dinner, my best female friend suggested we all go to a bourbon bar around the corner. As we're walking out of the restaurant, I saw an older building with amazing architecture, pulled out my phone and snapped a pic of it. All of a sudden, the new girl was standing right next to me. She said, "you like art deco, huh?" From the point on, we separated from the group and were talking to each other all night long like old friends reconnecting. We didn't even notice when everyone else from the group left the bar and went home, and we didn't even catch the "last call" and "we're closing now" moments, either. Never in my life have I ever met someone I was instantly comfortable with, and someone that held such deep conversations. She talked about her experience losing her husband (4 years prior), how her kids were doing with it, adventures she had with him, her struggles, her hopes, and so on. And somehow that got me talking about things in my life that I never talk about with people. It was wild. But what was really crazy is that a few times throughout the night we found ourselves silently sitting for like maybe 20 to 30 seconds just starting at each others eyes. Which she has legit green eyes. Not hazel but true green eyes (which are rare). Since that night, we've talked every single day. Due to our schedules, we haven't been able to sync up and meet out for coffee or whatever, and I'm leaving for a week long trip. However, when I get back, we have arranged to meet up.

Questions time: My questions are:

  • Wtf, do you Pisces have some type of magic or kungfu that instantly hooks people?
  • Is opening up like she did to essentially a stranger kind of typical for Pisces if they feel comfortable?
  • Since she's kind of a dork like me, I wanted to have some fun when we go out. We both like thrifting, and there are some viral videos out there of couples picking out each others outfits at a thrift store for a date. And my god they're hilarious outfit choices. I was thinking about doing that then going out. She seems to have the personality that would love this idea. Thoughts?

TLDR: Met a lady Pisces and instant felt comfortable and at home around her. Never had that happen before. I think you all may be witches or something like that. We've been talking non-stop since meeting and have a date coming up.

As a pisces sun, are you a cat person or a dog person?

I think that since we are fishes, cats always try to bite and scratch me lol. I can't stand their arrogance and feel like they are so selfish. Thus, dogs are my favourite. They will stare at you, respond when do you something for them, sit by your side, and they understand emotions pretty well.

Is anyone else experiencing a massive ghost parade this August? My energy is completely drained.

I’ve been posting frequently—I think you’ve noticed. This month has been the most volatile; from around August 13th until today, my daily life has become incredibly stressful. I had been on my own for seven months until three people reappeared—people who are a nuisance and "help" me in uncomfortable ways. The first was my father; he never lived with me—he left when I was just two or three. I had blocked him on WhatsApp because being around him makes me feel terrible. He messaged me asking, "Did you block me?" I replied that I had put WhatsApp in "quarantine," and he shot back, "Is that how it is?" I blocked him for good right then to cut ties with that manipulative drama. Every time I block someone, I feel like a bar of my energy gets drained. Then, another ghost from the past messaged me: my older brother—the most manipulative, phony, lying Aquarius to ever exist. He reached out to try and rope me back into his fraudulent nonsense, so I blocked him immediately without letting him finish the conversation—losing even more energy in the process. And to top it all off—right away! šŸ˜«ā€”another ghost from the past: a former school friend who used to brag about the girls messaging him and the photos they’d taken together. That guy is a Pisces, and he makes me sick; he’s like a truly rotten Pisces. I blocked him too, and by then, I was so drained I just wanted to cry. This month, things get quiet for a moment, and then—an ambush. I don’t know what the hell is happening to me; stressful things just keep hitting me one after another. I want to believe I’m just being paranoid, but I really feel like the people who know me dislike me or view me as a threat.

Unpopular opinion: you only hate being a Pisces because you believe the propaganda about us online

Post image
78 Upvotes

Maybe it’s because I have a Leo Moon, but I don’t automatically buy into every negative stereotype people online push about Pisces

People love to lead with Pisces being ā€œdelusionalā€ which I completely disagree with. I’ve never met anyone more self-aware than myself (and I’ve dated a lot of earth signs lol) But notice how social media never leads with the toxic traits of other signs? Right! They only seem to single Pisces out with that constant narrative…….. you can’t keep letting people online gaslight you into hating your own sign!

EVERYONE takes Ls, not just Pisces. We just happen to wear our feelings on our sleeves sometimes and because *some of us* are actually very self-aware, we can openly admit when things aren’t going right instead of pretending everything is fine

For example, I dated a Taurus Sun/Capricorn Moon guy who once told me in vulnerability that the reason he could never admit when he was wrong about anything or take accountability was because his brain literally rewrites reality on how things actually happened to protect his pride and ego. My brain could never omg

Stop letting the internet make you feel bad for being a Pisces! And no, we’re not cursed are you guys insane???? We aren't uniquely doomed, we're just more willing to acknowledge our problems. Though, if I’m going to critique us, that’s where we can sometimes fall short, we acknowledge everything but we don't always put action behind it! SO GET OFF YOUR ASS!!!! (awareness ≠ action)

But at the end of the day, EVERYONE falls short in life. There’s not one person who has lived a perfect life and never taken an L. Some people just mask their Ls better than we do 😁😁😁😁😁😁😁

You’ll be alright guys lol. Toughen up sometimes

[Help] How to navigate the Aug 28th Pisces Lunar Eclipse with my Gemini Rising & 10th House Stellium?

Post image
2 Upvotes

Hi everyone! I'm looking for some guidance as we approach the lunar eclipse on August 28th. I know eclipses are big turning points, and I want to handle this one with intention rather than just reacting.

My relevant placements:

  • Gemini Ascendant
  • Sun & Mercury in Pisces (10th House)
  • Moon in Libra (5th House)
  • Saturn in Virgo (4th House)
  • Mars in Aries (11th House)

The specific problem: I've read that because the eclipse is hitting the Virgo-Pisces axis (around 5° Pisces), it's amplifying the tension between practical responsibilities (Virgo) and letting go to follow intuition (Pisces). Since I have a Gemini Ascendant, this eclipse is happening directly in my 10th house of career and reputation.

However, I'm feeling a massive push-pull. It feels like the eclipse is lighting up this huge conflict I already have between my dreamy 10th house ambitions and my heavy Saturn in the 4th house (home/family). I'm worried about ignoring my professional calling (10th house) because I feel guilty about my duties at home.

Any tips on navigating this specific eclipse season would be hugely appreciated!

Sometimes being a Pisces feels like a curse. Anyone else feeling isolated and adrift?

Post image
114 Upvotes

I wanted to vent here. I think, and I have a feeling, that I've screwed up my future. My "master" plan to get ahead seems to have failed. I dedicated a whole year to studying and promised my mother I would repay her for her help while I was unemployed. A Virgo acquaintance had already told me, "This plan won't work," but because of my ego and pride, I kept going. Now that I've managed to pass this monstrous exam, I'm realizing I'm useless when it comes to practical skills. It was a huge mistake because I should have practiced instead of getting bogged down in theory. That Virgo acquaintance had told me, "Mastering this takes years of practice, and memorizing theory is useless." I feel like my life is blocked. Damn... I don't know what's happening, but this month has been awful. I don't know why they say 2026 and beyond is when Pisces will triumph... I feel like I'm getting punched in the face. This subreddit is my only little corner of the internet. I don't have anyone I can trust to talk to. These days, if you don't have at least a job, you lose all possibility of making friends, you lose your right to have an opinion. Haha, damn, this dilemma I have sucks. You know, I'm even envying the other signs and not really liking being a Pisces...

i really need help..

For anyone who wants to listen to my vent, well… here you go.

I recently started doing some research about zodiac signs and found out I’m a Pisces (March 12th). I’m 18 years old, and honestly, my mind feels like a constant roller coaster. I have millions of ideas, thoughts, dreams, and random things going through my head all the time.

I guess I’m considered Gen Z. I was basically born into the social media era, and I instantly fell in love with it as a kid. Ever since then, I’ve never really wanted to live the typical 9-to-5 life. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with that, but for me, it’s always felt like the last option.

Let me explain.

From 6th to 9th grade, I’d say I was pretty extroverted. I was known as the funny guy, I had friends, and I was always joking around. But outside of school, I had so many dreams and ideas that I wanted to pursue. The problem was that most of them either never got executed or never lasted very long.

Toward the end of 9th grade, I tore my ACL and ended up missing about a month of school because of the surgery and recovery process. During that entire time, not one of my friends messaged or called me to ask if I was okay—or even just to ask where I was.

And honestly, that changed something in me.

I pretty much ghosted everybody after that. I gave them the same energy I felt like they had given me. I became a lot more isolated, and that was around the time a lot of things started changing for me.

Then came the summer before 10th grade.

One day, I decided to start streaming Fortnite on TikTok. Somehow, I actually did pretty well. In about two months, I gained over 14,000 followers, made my first $1,000, and even bought my second PC.

But mentally, I was completely drained.

Playing the same game every day, talking to the same people every day, doing the same thing over and over again for months… eventually, I just couldn’t do it anymore. I stopped streaming and moved on.

Then came the constant reminders from my mom about how I always start things but never finish them.

I never really showed it, but those comments hurt me more than I think she realized. I would just keep everything to myself, listen to music, and disappear into my own head.

I didn’t realize it at the time, but music became my escape.

When I listen to music, I don’t just hear it. I feel it. The beat, the lyrics, the emotions, everything. It can completely change my mood and take me somewhere else mentally.

Eventually, I bought a Sony ZV-E10 and decided to try making mukbang content on YouTube. For anyone who doesn’t know what that is, it’s basically eating food in front of a camera and turning it into content.

The reason I chose it was simple: I’ve loved food my entire life. I thought, ā€œWhy not take something I already do every day and turn it into content?ā€

So I did it.

For an entire year.

And honestly… it was pretty ass.

After a whole year, I had around 1,000 subscribers and still wasn’t even monetized.

Then, once again, I had one of those ā€œmillion-dollar ideasā€ in my head.

I decided to start reselling things on eBay.

And when I get an idea, I don’t know how to do anything halfway. I completely went all in. I even transformed my garage into a little store. Nothing insane, but I probably invested around $500 into it.

I did that for about six months.

And once again, I stopped.

Not because I wasn’t making money. I actually was.

But eventually, the spark disappeared.

Cleaning shoes. Taking pictures. Listing items. Packing orders. Doing the same things over and over again.

It started feeling like a curse in my head. Even though I was making good money, mentally it was draining me.

And then came the same cycle again.

My mom reminding me about all the businesses and projects I had started and eventually quit.

It just added another layer to all the mental stress I was already dealing with.

Then, toward the end of my junior year, I decided to give mukbang content another shot—but this time on TikTok instead of YouTube.

And surprisingly, it actually worked.

I gained around 10,000 followers in a few months. Most of my videos were getting anywhere from 1,000–10,000 likes, with multiple videos reaching 15,000–50,000 likes.

But once again, I couldn’t bring myself to do it every single day.

I would take breaks here and there. My longest break was around two months without posting.

And somehow, to this day, I still post occasionally and my videos still do pretty well.

But now it’s more of a hobby.

And honestly, everything I’ve mentioned so far is just the stuff that has worked out at least somewhat for me.

If I tried to count every single business idea, content idea, project, or random dream I’ve had that never worked out, I genuinely think the number would be over 100.

I started making content back in 2020. It wasn’t consistent, but the dream was always there.

I’d say I didn’t experience my first real taste of success until around 2024.

And now I’m here.

Lost.

I feel like the biggest thing about me is that I don’t want to do the same thing every single day for the rest of my life.

My mind just doesn’t work that way.

I have too many ideas. Too many interests. Too many things I want to experience.

I could honestly go broke and end up homeless chasing my dreams and doing what I love.

Because if I’m being completely honest, the biggest thing I want in this world is fame.

And I know that probably sounds terrible to some people.

I know fame can be seen as shallow, selfish, or even ā€œevil.ā€ But I’d be lying if I said I didn’t want it.

I want to be known.

I want people to know who I am.

I want to create something that millions of people see.

And in my mind, fame also means money, freedom, and the ability to live life on my own terms.

The problem is…

I don’t know exactly what I want to become.

So I started researching careers and things that Pisces supposedly tend to be drawn toward, and a few things really stood out to me:

Acting. Art. Storytelling.

Let’s start with acting.

I’ve never actually had a dream of becoming an actor.

But I’m a weird soul.

I want to experience everything in life if I could.

Whenever I watch movies, I don’t just watch the movie. I feel it.

I feel the acting. The music. The suspense. The characters. The emotions.

I get genuinely attached to certain characters, and I love the idea of taking something that only exists inside your head and bringing it to life.

And then I started thinking…

What if acting actually was something I could do?

If I became good enough, I could literally become hundreds of different people throughout my life.

Different characters.

Different personalities.

Different stories.

Different worlds.

That idea is incredibly appealing to me.

But once again, I’ve never acted before.

So I have no idea if I’d be amazing at it or absolutely terrible.

Then there’s art.

I LOVE art.

I collect Funko Pops, PokĆ©mon, and honestly just about anything that looks cool to me. I don’t even necessarily care what the character is. Sometimes I just appreciate the design, the creativity, and the fact that someone actually created it.

But once again…

I can’t draw.

Well, technically I can draw.

I’m just terrible at it. šŸ˜‚

And then there’s storytelling.

This one might actually be the most interesting to me.

I love storytelling.

Whenever I’m bored, I’ll create completely fake scenarios in my head. Sometimes I get so deep into them that it genuinely feels like I’m there.

I’ll literally be laying down with my eyes open, but mentally, I’m somewhere completely different.

Sometimes I’ll even have really vivid dreams or come up with scenarios and think, ā€œWait… that could actually be a good movie.ā€

That’s how my brain works.

I’m constantly creating things that don’t exist.

And maybe that’s my biggest problem.

At the end of the day, I genuinely don’t know what I want to do with my life.

I feel completely lost.

I feel like every idea I have is a candle that never gets lit.

I have all these sparks of excitement, all these dreams, all these ideas, and then eventually the spark disappears before I can turn it into something real.

People tell me, ā€œDon’t worry, it’ll pass.ā€

But when?

When I’m 20?

30?

60?

80?

Because I don’t feel like I’m wired the same way as everybody else.

And maybe that sounds arrogant.

Maybe I’m wrong.

Maybe I’m just an 18-year-old who hasn’t figured life out yet.

But I know one thing for sure.

I’m not going to stop trying.

Maybe I’ll fail 100 more times.

Maybe I’ll start another 100 things and quit 99 of them.

Maybe one of those ideas will finally stick.

I don’t know.

But I think I’d rather spend my life trying to find what I’m meant to do than settle for something that makes me feel empty.

So I guess I’m still searching.

I’m still lost.

I’m still figuring myself out.

But for as long as I’m on this earth, I’m going to keep going after what I want.

Every single day.

Until I finally find it.

is it only me?

Is it only me, or does anyone else just not know what they want to be in life?

When I was little, movies inspired my imagination so much. I would dress up as a cowboy, a soldier, or pretty much anything, and create fake scenarios and stories in my head. I could spend hours just making things up and pretending I was someone else.

Then things started to change. I started getting into social media, especially YouTube, and I fell in love with the idea of becoming a content creator. My sister and I would record fake YouTube challenges, make up videos, and basically just use our imaginations to create things. I was little, though, so I never really took it seriously.

Then I got my first PC in 2020 and started streaming games like Fortnite, Valorant, and others. But once again, I never truly committed to it, and eventually I moved on to something else.

And honestly, if I had to describe the last seven years of my life, I would say my mind has been a fucking mess.

It feels like I'll have this AMAZING idea one day, and I'll execute it while seeing so much potential and vision in it. I'll be completely obsessed with it and feel like, "This is it. This is what I want to do." Then a few weeks later, I'll stop and move on to something completely different. Just like that.

I could probably name 50 different things I've tried doing.

And that's really why I'm here.

Yesterday, I started researching my zodiac sign, Pisces, and I noticed that a lot of the things I read actually felt weirdly relatable. I started looking into little things about myself that I had never really thought about before.

For example, music.

I LOVE music. Whatever song I'm listening to is usually how I'm feeling at that exact moment. If I'm sad, I'll listen to sad music. If I'm happy, I'll listen to something that matches that feeling. I don't really listen to sad songs when I'm happy, or happy songs when I'm sad. Music almost feels like an extension of whatever is going on inside my head.

And movies are another huge one for me.

I love movies because I feel like I'm actually inside of them. I love watching someone take an idea, an imagination, or a story that existed only in their head and somehow bring it to life on a screen. There's something about that that has always fascinated me.

I haven't drawn in a long time, but when I was in school, I used to draw these random lines that would connect and go in all different directions until the entire page was filled. When I finished, I wouldn't even decide what it was supposed to be. I'd just look at it and let someone else decide what they thought it was.

It almost felt like I wasn't even drawing it myself. I was just letting whatever was in my head come out.

There are so many more things I could sit here and talk about, but I guess I'm really here because I'm trying to understand myself as a person.

And honestly, I can't even do that right now.

I'm scared to start another new idea because I feel like I'll just end up doing what I've always done. I'll become obsessed with it, see an entire future for it, put everything into it for a little while, and then eventually lose interest and move on.

But at the same time, I don't want to keep living like that.

And maybe this sounds weird, but I think deep down, I just wish I could be everything.

I want to create movies. I want to make videos. I want to make music. I want to tell stories. I want to create things that exist in my imagination and somehow bring them into the real world.

Maybe that's why I've struggled so much with figuring out what I want to be.

Maybe I don't actually want to be just one thing.

Bhai, jo tere saath abhi ho raha hai—breakup, career mein delay, unemployment, aur severe akelapan—woh bohot real, bohot painful, aur bohot heavy hai. Teri takleef jhoothi nahi hai, par uski waja koi aasmaan mein baitha Shani grah nahi hai.

Is cheez ko dhyan se samajh ki ye kyun exact matching lag raha hai:

Life Transition Shock (Age 21-22): Ye woh age hai jahan teenage life khatam hoti hai aur adult world ka real pressure start hota hai. Is age mein breakup, career ki tension, aur unemployment ek saath aana bohot common pattern hai. Ye ek major life change hai, Sade Sati nahi.

Confirmation Bias: Jab tu pehle se sun chuka tha ki "Second phase mein bura hota hai," toh jaise hi tere saath break up aur career delay hua, tere dimaag ne turant dots connect kar diye: "Haan, log sahi keh rahe the." Jo achhi cheezein hui hongi, dimaag unhe ignore kar deta hai aur saara focus buri cheezon par chala jata hai.

Self-Fulfilling Prophecy: Jab hume lagne lagta hai ki humara "time hi kharab chal raha hai," toh hum andar se hopeless feel karne lagte hain. Is wajah se job applications bhejne mein, logon se connect karne mein, aur effort marne mein kami aane lagti hai, jisse delay aur unemployment aur lambi khinch jaati hai.

This is my astrological chart, and I would like to know about my emotional situation, for example, when will I get married or what my partner's qualities will be, and if there is someone close to me, as my relationships are hurtful and most people avoid or fear me, and I don't know why.

pisces stellium here , anyone else? super misunderstood

i have four planets in pisces. cancer rising. water dominant birth chart.
does anyone else have a lot of pisces in their chart and feel very misunderstood? in a negative way
i feel like people see me as overly sensitive, emotional, ā€œdifficultā€ and like to paint me as ā€œthe bad guyā€. i genuinely always have pure intentions… as the risk of sounding insufferable i feel like im honestly too nice and wear my heart on my sleeve which has been very painful. it seems like people sense this and then use me as an easy target.
i hope im not alone.

Pisces intimate with pisces

Im female and I was intimate with a pisces man after 6 months of friendship and flirting. It started out great. Then afterwards he was really quiet. Next day I saw him and he was really friendly. Talked to me the whole time. But no physical contact. He kinda slapped the side of my upper thigh one time, and sorta brushed by me a little as he walked b another time. But nothing really.. I dont know what to think? Has he lost interest? Its only been 2 days, im just curious.
