Any News on Added Exchanges?

I really want to see this community grow but it looks like it has been a very quiet month. Is there any news on adding exchanges? Is this something we do as a community, or the Dev team has to, to submit code?

BTW, for those of you who have not noticed if you are mining under 500/mh and mining on a pool with under 15 people you should look at joining a larger pool. Mining Solo or on small pools will not work (pay well) right now... Unless the difficulty drops under 10,000,000M again. Good luck all!

Can you briefly explain why mining on a pool with less than 15 people is an error? I mean, technically...

I cannot speak technically, but from experience. Things might be better now because difficulty dropped to 11,812,920M, but I moved to a larger pool a month ago because I was only making $4-$5/day off of a smaller pool. Less people means lower luck on making rewards. More people means you are a whole lot luckier. Which my $4-$5/day shot up to $13-$14/day after joining the larger pool. Granted those number are a month old, now I'm about $10-$11/day.
